EDELMAN Color & Design reserves the right to decline any project or client request at our discretion.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments are non-refundable, as our services are custom, creative, and time-based. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, mood boards, and content created by EDELMAN Color & Design remain the intellectual property of the business unless explicitly released or licensed in writing. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly share materials without written permission.
